Axel Tuanzebe opts for the Democratic Republic of the Congo instead of England. This choice opens up new opportunities for the former Manchester United defender, allowing him to potentially participate in the 2025 African Cup of Nations and the 2026 World Cup qualifiers with his new national team.
Upon recognizing that representing England was no longer feasible, Tuanzebe opted to align himself with the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s national team.
While he previously participated in England’s youth squads, Tuanzebe is now dedicated to making a meaningful contribution to his newly chosen national team.
